First time ordering and unfortunately I'm mixed. We ordered extra hot hot chocolate and it arrived lukewarm at best. The taste was good but the temp was disappointing, especially on a chilly day. The coffee was good and hot. Going by the picture online, I thought I was getting a whole loaf of coffee cake for $10 bucks. Nope, it fits in the palm of your hand and was just ok. On the dry side and definitely overpriced.

We did not like the taste of the cold brew, and the drinks did not come with any protective sticker or covering.
