I grew up in the deep south & never *in my entire life* have I had ribs cooked to perfection like this. Definitely not twice in a row yet here I am. The word succulent doesn't do the Ribs 1/2 Rack justice. I also *highly* recommend the Fried Okra & Potato Salad. Either of these sides are easily worthy as a main course- just order a 2-3 if you are doing that! Tbh you will be mad at yourself if you don't get at least two servings of your sides to have leftovers when you taste them. You won't regret a single penny!!

This is by far the best barbecue I've had in all of Moore County, there is nothing less than phenomenal on the entire menu, their Carolina burger is the best I've maybe ever had and the brisket is as good as anything, Crystal is very kind and seems to never take a day off, this place is very well run and they absolutely deserve your business

I'm nota big rib person,that means I eat ribs every blue moon. I love the ribs. They were tender and seasoned to perfection. When I want ribs this will be my go to. The portion size was good and fresh. The BBQ sauce was good too , I just suggest you add two BBQ cups for the takeout.

Embers give good value for the money. Good food, very satisfying. The Mac and Cheese Bowl was interestingly good. Would not have thought of the combo, but it works. Really liked the BBQ Sundae the best. There was lots of meat in this order. Want more cole slaw and beans. Hush Puppies were hot and crispy.

first time ordering and enjoyed every bite!The chopped bbrisket and ribs fromthe two meat Platter was just enough for our family. The hushpuppies, coleslaw, mac n cheese, and baked beans complemented delicious tender meat very well. Can't wait fo our next takeout night to try the rest of the menu. Thanks for dinner!
