Pizza Ephesus has been nothing but the best over the last 2 years I've lived in Bellevue. Im getting ready to move and I'm so sad I won't be near it anymore. Hard workers, great staff, and great food all around. And their ranch? The best damn ranch in a restaurant.

This was one of the best GF we have ever had. Having the option to choose the wellness is excellent - the cheese was perfectly browned! It was delicious and we will most def be ordering again!
The steak hoagie on the GF bub was also outstanding! We shared both and we have leftovers to eat for tomorrow. A new favorite place for us!

I don't have pictures because the pizza was devoured as soon as it got in the house. I've tried pizza for multiple pizza shops throughout the city and this hand down is probably close to the best. If not the best Pizza I've had. And even my picky kids loved.
