Happy to have this new bbq joint close to work. This is my kind of bbq! I got the two meat plate, chicken and pork, side of mac and cheese. It came with pickles and two slies of bread. The sauce I would call similar to a NC finishing sauce, ketchup base with vinegar and pepper, a little bite and little sweet. Meat is just a touch of smoke, not overboard. Cornbread was a good southern cornbread, not sweet, great crust with a little jalepeno flavor. I'll be back next week!

Very small potions for price. Mac and cheese was sitting in a ton of butter/grease, chicken had tons of fat and little bits of dark meat, no pulled white meat, string beans definitely came out of a can. Brisket tasted good but after all fat was removed there was hardly enough for two people.

We were going order brisket sandwiches but decided to just order the brisket and pick up brioche buns at Wegmans. We're glad we dd because the brisket was so good and now we have enough left over for 2 more sandwiches tomorrow. The onion rings were nice and crisp, although a bit too salty.

Excellent BBQ - we need more solid BBQ options in this area, and I will definitely order more! The meats (prime beef and Duroc pork) are also wrapped in butcher paper to go, which is aestetically pretty cool. Spoke with a very kind woman at the restaurant, and the owner is actually a trained French chef with 35 years in the business, who now makes Texas BBQ...interesting!
