We love Fiamme and are so thrilled to see it is now on DoorDash. The Mootz* is a favorite of ours. Our kids (and us) love their Kids Mac & Cheese. They have a pretty solid Classic Caesar salad as well.

Ordered the Butcher. I ordered it well done,hoping for more char on the crust. I'd hate to see a regular crust. The center crust was limp.The soppressata dominated the the whole thing - its all I could taste.The Butcher Pizza
The Salted Caramel Cheesecake was excellent.

Everything we ordered was cold when it arrived.
It wasn't a long wait either, so it should have been warmer.
We ordered the arugula and prosciutto pizza, they forgot to add the mozzarella.
The mozzarella sticks didn't have much truffle flavor. If they were warm, they would have been great.
The wings were not crispy as advertised. The sauce didn't stick to the wings either, we had to constantly redid the wing to get the sauce favor. The wings had a strong smokey flavor.
This would probably be a better restaurant to dine in that order for door dash.

I was hesitant getting Fiamme as takeout because I prefer dine in, but it was a great choice. It was hot, perfect flavor, quality was great. I got the Tortellin Ricottai and the Classic Caesar and it was great

The Americana was very good. The gluten free crust on the prosciutto & arugula pizza was too soggy and not cooked enough.
