Don't be tempted by the pretzel picture on the menu... it's not at all the same. What you'll get is just a mass-produced, overcooked, crying for butter, previously frozen Sysco Pretzel. Boo.
Also, let me just say, for $8 each (after mods, to be fair) I expect better/smoother Fruit Smoothies; they were mostly just half-blended ice chunks.
The only saving grace is the Glazed Chonut (an old fashioned donut with cinnamon sugar coating plus a little icing), and I mean you can't really screw that up...

I've gotten this drink before and had it filled all the way. I hit reorder yet they said I didn't add something and didn't fill my drink all the way. tastes great but disappointed it's not full

The past few (4 or 5) times I've ordered a Popcorn Bag, they send it still half empty.
They USED to send a full bag but with how often it's been half full now, I think they are skimping out while trying to charge full original price.
Complete rip off.
