Three things: 1. I ordered loaded potato soup and a salad, and they did not provide utensils.
2. The loaded potato soup is straight up false advertising. It's called "loaded potato soup," and then you have to pay a dollar extra to include any of the ingredients that make the soup "loaded." $1.20 for cheese???? for bacon????? When it should have been in the soup to begin with? Ridiculous.
3. It's clear that the extra ingredients are just chopped up and haphazardly thrown in the soup. Several bites were just pure long, stringy onion. I was really craving potato soup and didn't have time to go to a sit down place, so I braved firehouse subs soup. Please stick to sandwiches.

Got the Thanksgiving sub, which was tasty but the store forgot to put my gravy bowl on the side (which would've made the sub spectacular).
The Hero was quite delicious.

Ordered New York Steamer for my Spouse. He enjoyed it. Ordered Tuna, no bread or fixings, just the Tuna. It came SOUPY & Unrecognizable!!! Did not eat it.

Absolutely horrible. I received my doodash order and it was an incomplete sandwich. I ordered the engineer sub, which came on wheat when I ordered white, andthere was so turkey, mushrooms,or cheese.The sandwich only had lettuce and tomato with mayo. i was only refunded $4 after spending $20 on doordash. Doordash and Firehouse both shoold do better.
