Food was awesome! Just forgot to give me the cookie pack we ordered. Ive never had a better veggie sub from anywhere. Just awesome!

Normally firehouse is delicious and loaded. This sandwich barely had two slices of meat on the entire sub. It was such a waste of money. And I typically have never had this problem, but this location hasn't been great.

Normally I get decent sandwiches from here however today was not one of the those days. The meat tasted old and burnt, the bread was dry, I don't think there is any cheese or oil or vinegar like I requested. Just not it today very disappointed

I would give no stars if possible. Ordered a large turkey breast sub with only cheese these people sent a sub with bread and cheese. Then when I called the lady that answered the phone said she could assure me it had turkey on it. Told her I can assure her I'm looking at bread and burnt cheese. Horrible! Will NEVER order from this location again now that I can assure them of.

Always forgets the pickle, very disappointing, good sandwich just miss the mark every time with that pickle. they should really give you an option to buy them so I can insure they come with my order. It's been the last few orders with them missing , but that's why I chose to order your sandwich over jersey Mikes it's for the pickle. hope this is something firehouse can figure out I just keep missing that pickle
