Firehouse steak and cheese is great I was fresh soft hot all the ingredients were there and they don't skimp on the cheese and steak like most of the places do

Hook and ladder was great! Salad-Firehouse Salad™, Plain was a disappointment. I put the salad in a big bowl and the entire bottom half of the salad was huge core pieces, brown and frozen pieces of lettuce. So half of my salad had to be tossed. The only positive thing I could say about this is that with the very small portion of Italian dressing they included with my order it was enough to cover the small about of edible salad. This is not what I'd expect from Firehouse.

very disapppointed in myTurkey Bacon Ranch ™ Combo there was like 1 piece of turkey. for how much it cost this is a total rip off.

I had the Cajun Spicy Cajun Chicken and the Engineer®. Everything was fresh and delicious. I would absolutely order again. Portions were absolutely worth it.

Iltalian dressing made my bread wet couldn't stomach it . The cookie I prefer soft. So it was also a no for me but if you like crunchy hard cookies you'll love this one. I couldn't even pick another drink I don't drink pepsi smh I wouldn't eat here again I was disappointed and the price was high asl for no reason. So that's a definite no I'm not coming back.
