• 8/14/26Large subs at a reasonable price point for the amount of meat and quality of ingredients. While my favourite is the limited-time Montreal smoked meat sub, the Hook and Ladder is a good second. While I pass on the pickle most of the time, it is a nice addition. I love the option of turning the sub bun into garlic bread.

• 7/31/26They literally never follow the simple instructions. This is now probably the third or fourth time they have not substituted the onions for pickles. I cannot have onions, and I ask for no onions. What happens? I get onions. I ask for pickles instead. What happens? No pickles. Also, the last time I ordered, I didn't even get the drink and fries that come with the meal. This is certainly the last straw. I tried to be nice and let it slide. No more. It's sincerely disappointing and disrespectful, considering how much it all costs. Not ordering again. Not recommending to anyone.
