proper sub, the sandwhich was tasty,and it was stuffed! definitely my new favorite sandwhich spot, food was nice and fresh too. Gonna order again

Somehow their subs are always too moist. They taste great, but are completely messy because they are actually wet.

Too much sauce, stale bread and wet lettuce. Meat and cheese was pre portioned so was one big blob instead of layered and distinctive. Will not order again.

I usually love FH. Not sure if it's because they just opened but it was the worse tuna and meatball subs I've ever had from any of their locations, and took 2 hours from time of ordering to deliver. I'll try again in a few months maybe.

Hook and Ladder had no vegetables except lettuce even though receipt said it did. Only meat cheese and an overabundance of ranch. Very disappointed
