Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ I ordered was a no show. substituted sandwich had way too much wet stuff on it and it was sloppy. the bread of the sandwich was so mushy you couldn't hold the sandwich. The Firehouse Chili was like less expensive hot dog chili instead of something you would serve as a dish on it's own. The Soups are great and that's usually why I order here, the sandwiches are always sloppy and I wont to order them anymore. if they would use half the condiments and bread like schlotzsky's, or something more stout and toasted on the inside, then it would be awesome.

The order got to us super fast however the sandwiches didnt taste fresh. The bread was stiff and didnt seem like they were steamed at all. Won't be ordering from here again. Spent over $60 for 2 sandwiches I expected them to be as good as when i pick up from store. Disapoon isnt the word. Driver was nice and super quick.

I love firehouse over all the other places and will order again. But I have ordered from here twice on DoorDash and havent received my side order of soup both times. Theres no option for any chips and the only other choice is soup or chili. If I only have those options, why do I never get them? It's not a cheap item either and I've already been got for $10 on just these items alone in the two orders.

turkey bacon ranch was awesome. Mac and cheese was good but didn't get very much.
