Great job always. The bread is fresh and soft. They always give ample portions. Will absolutely order again!

It was my first time trying Firehouse. I got the Firehouse Meatball®, and it was REALLY good!! It is even big enough to have leftovers. The bread was so soft and baked perfectly. Definitely recommend!

Not one to leave a bad review, but DoorDash is no help and I tried to call the restaurant with no answer. I know they are new and still need to work out kinks, but I paid $22 for a regular sized sandwich and it had no meat on it at all. Ordered the Hook & Ladder® and my sandwich only had bread, cheese and onions.

We have eaten at the Firehous subs and picked up orders and all of the sandwiches were delicious. I ordered DoorDash because my grandchild was sleeping and I couldn't pick it up. I ordered DoorDash a large pastrami and paid for extra meat. The sandwich didn't have extra meat on because have purchased two other times and I say every time I can't believe how much Firehouse puts on the sandwich when you pay for extra. This time I had to open the sandwich because there were parts of the sandwich that didn't have e pastrami. Apparently they don't make the same sandwiches when door dashed. It's better to eat at sandwich shop or pickup order. Sandwich's should be consistent.
