I have always liked firehouse subs. The sandwiches are loaded and taste great. The order was complete. The Extra Cheesy Mac n Cheese was creamy and hot. All in all, a very enjoyable experience.

Got two of the French Dips. The blurb says they toast the bun with garlic spread before adding the meats. It was not, it tasted like an overwhelming amount of garlic butter not toasted that made the bread soggy which is a shame because the meats/cheeses were good but neither of us could finish this sandwich because of the garlic issue and personally we gave it to dogs

the food is always good but the employees did not take good care to make sure that all items were present with the order. For a 60 dollar order they ought to make sure the customer gets everything they pay for.

Ordered one sandwich and it was wrong, I don't even see how that's possible. The hook and ladder is overall a great sandwich when done right, but was made inedible this time due to allergies and them not following simple instructions.
