• 7/22/26The employees at this location just do not care. 50 minutes to make 3 medium sandwiches. NEVER get the side pickle. I ordered the sweet and spicy meatball and got the regular. The steak and cheese had very little steak. The grilled chicken sandwich had no cucumbers as requested. I've never had an order made right at this location and I've sadly tried 6-7 times.

• 3/26/26Ordered a Firehouse Steak & Cheese® and the mayo on it tasted rotten. DD refused any kind of support of course. I'd gladly exchange it for something edible but alas.
The Firehouse Meatball®was pretty good.
The Italian was oddly sweet. Not the best but at least it isn't nausea inducing.

• 1/6/25Both sub were amazing! When the say Sweet & Spicy Meatball this is the truest title. Firehouse Steak & Cheese® was so yummy they didn't have to many toppings and there was to much meat either. Delicious!♡♡

• 1/4/25We've been ordering from for years, and the quality has gone downhill in the last year.
We ordered 3 hot sandwiches and they were cold. The
Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ was pretty gross in that the meat was super fatty and chewy. Like too much congealed fat. it's a shame because I used to love this place.
