• 2/26/25It was the worst subs we've ever ordered from this store, bread was not done. there was waaayyy too much lettuce not enough meat. The turkey was hard. A refund would be nice. we order from this store all the time.

• 7/22/26The Hook & Ladder.® is my go-to order. This sandwich is delicious hot, but I love getting a large version for a cold sandwich leftover the next day. Absolute banger.

• 3/26/26The Italian was missing all the Italian seasoning. There was no tomato on the turkey sandwich. The bread was super dry. This was not the experience we have had at the restaurant. Very disappointing.
