• 5 days agoSo happy I found this place. They give the option of ordering the dish without MSG. I saw a review about the crab meat rangoon(10) and they were right. They are the best in Danville! Very fresh and carefully packaged. I had soup too and nothing spilled in the bag.

• 5/30/25LOVE their 113. Singapore Chow Mei Fun !! I always ask them to leave out the pork because I have Alpha-Gal allergy. Adding tofu & brocoli is great too but too expensive these days. Its rare that we order Chinese food anymore because its SO EXPENSIVE. It used to be the cheapest way to have a meal & now its the most expensive, sadly. Their crab meat rangoon(10) and 16. Fried or Steamed Dumpling are DELICIOUS! They're always friendly & accommodating. I just wish they would lower their prices so we could all go more. Now that oil prices have gone down, everything should be cheaper soon.

I'll be ordering it from First Taste Chinese Restaurant in Danville VA. I have been wanting to try many other dishes but once I had their C26 orange chicken I found myself craving it. It's like my go to dish where my tummy won't be satisfied with anything else. SERIOUSLY IT'S THAT GOOD & TASTY! I did try the Spring Egg Roll with Shrimp and will definitely order that one again. Not only as their Chinese food the best in town but they are so friendly and aim to please their customers. If you've never tried them and want the very best satisfying meal look no further First Taste is the place for you offering Dine In or Take Out.

• 3/4/26Their orange chicken is best in Danville and always cook it as indicated in special instructions. Out of 5 recent orders of their orange chicken tonight was the very first time they forgot to add a seperate container of the orange sauce that I love poured over my vegetable rice so I'm trying hard to bring the little bit of sauce from what's in the bottom of my plate to put on top of my rice. That is the only disappointment so not getting the sauce 1 out of 5 times isn't so bad. Maybe next order they won't forget that yummy orange sauce I LOVE SO MUCH AS IS VERY ADDICTIVE!!!

• 11/6/22The absolute biggest pieces of C 19 General Tso's chicken you will get anywhere. I wish I could upload a picture. Food was TOO HOT to eat when it arrived. I literally had to wait for the food to cool down. Excellent packaging.
I can always get two meals out of the Gen Tso's combo if I add a side like wonton soup. This time I added 47. House Special Lo Mein and will be ordering it in the future also. Lastly order the Crab Rangoons..... Best ever....Literally the best Rangoons I've eaten even when I go out of town. First Taste please don't change a thing.
