Now who would ever think that going to a place that serves breakfast and brunch would serve tacos that are fabulous. Yes it consisted of ingredients that you would expect to find at breakfast – – – for example, chorizo, chicken, eggs, avocado, pico, and other such items; I added to it, criminic mushrooms and roasted peppers and onions. The taco shells themselves were made out of whole grain and something else that was really good, not quite sure what it was. The seasoning was incredible and I can only imagine it's part of First watch's special seasoning. By the way, you can get the seasoning and make it yourself if you buy their cookbook. It is absolutely fabulous and you can modify it to suit your taste if you like to make it more spicy or contain other ingredients that others might not think of. Next I selected the million dollar bacon, which is fantastic as it has the sweetness of either maple or brown sugar on it with some other seasonings and it's just a perfect addition for something special for your breakfast meal. This restaurant is so fabulous for its variety, absolute freshness of ingredients, imaginative, putting together of ingredients that sometimes might cause you to scratch your head, but in this instance you go wow isn't this really delicious, and the portions that you're given. It is certainly worth the expenditure and so nice to be able to feel like you're having a special meal when you put your order in. You will know that you are going to enjoy what you order and that day will be special from the time you get these morsels in your mouth and sit and swoon over what it is that you're eating. First Watch never disappoints. Out of all the places to eat breakfast with fresh ingredients, this is always my "go to" for a delicious and filling breakfast. I always get the Million Dollar Bacon (absolutely amazing with a little kick of spice) scrambled eggs and their amazing Side Toast. If you want amazing food at an affordable price, you have to give them a try.

This fine restaurant is becoming a real habit for me. The selections continue to be incredibly varied, especially for a place that closes at 2:30 pm. Today I repeated the Farmer's Hash. That is so so tasty. The based eggs really capture the best of cooked eggs----yokes that are not hard but they still are soft enough to get poked and spread nicely onto the ingredients below. And of course the toast is made with their wonderful artisan bread. The first grain bread I've ever found tasty. This time I added the million dollar bacon which features a gentle little kick to it but not so much that you end up with a burning tongue and palate. Very nice protein complement to the dish. (It already contains bacon pieces but who doesn't enjoy MORE bacon---yeah? Please try this restaurant---get it on your list of one of your go-to places to eat. You won't regret it!

This restaurant is so delightful I'm almost afraid to review it in case too many people visit and it's too hard to be part of it. Today I once again ordered the avocado toast with basted egg and a loaf of their marvelous artisan bread. It is incredibly tasty; since I have their cookbook I looked up the recipe and now I know the special ingredients in the avocado. I still will always order it on days I want something special and to have it made for me. As for their wonderful bread, I will now be using it as a hostess gift for when I'm invited to dinner at friend's. It's incredibly flavorful----this comment from someone who usually avoids the wheat genre of breads. So do try this restaurant when looking for a new treat for your tastebuds. You won't be disappointed.

I usually get my Sunday brunch ordered every Sunday however lately I'm not sure what I'm going to get. This week it was burnt Hardwood Smoked Bacon and a couple of weeks ago my yogurt bowl was random fruit and lilttle to no oats. As well as not getting condiments like syrup for the French toast or pancakes. I'm super disappointed and not sure what happened. Over the last 2 years it's been great and the experience has been the same but or the last six months it's just gone downhill dramatically.
