Top notch comfort food. Both Boomin' Beef Rendang (GF DF) and Burgundy Braised Beef (GF DF) were delicious and addicting. The rice was cooked right and well too which is rare for a restaurant nowadays.

Burgundy Braised Beef (GF DF) has a better flavor profile than the Boomin' Beef Rendang (GF DF). It's a tad bit sweeter and more flavorful overall. There are pieces of meat that are tender, other pieces that are impossible to chew. Portion sizes are pretty good, would like it to be more balanced with 50/50 rice to green beans. Instead it's about 80/20 rice to green beans. Overall I'd rate everything 7/10.

The Boomin' Beef Rendang (GF DF) is delicious, but could use a skimming of fat when slow cooking a high fat cut of beef. Green beans are meh, seem like frozen. Not 100% sure the expensive family style was a better value than getting 3 regular entrées.
