First time trying this new concept restaurant. Flip'd by IHOP is a fast casual restaurant that I feel takes a fresh take on IHOP favorites and brings new dishes into the mix. Build Your Own Combo and Fresh Brewed Iced Tea were my choices to test the menu. I received everything perfectly and faster than I expected. I plan to try other items on the menu. Enjoy!

Very salty potatoes...and could use a few more vegan options as well. perhaps the plant based sandwich ingredients-- deconstructed--as an example. Coffee was watery and tasted not so fresh...dont anticipate ordering from here again...but hopeful it evolves based on feedback.

I ate there when it first opened up the food was really good, I even came back a few hours later for dinner.
