I live in a nursing home and order out nearly every day because the food here is REALLY bad. I've eaten many types of meals out (actually delivered), but I especially love fish. Tonight, this fish restaurant's fish really hit the spot. I had red snapper, and it was PERFECTLY prepared. It was SO delicious!!! I could hardly tell I was eating fish at all!!! Meaning, there was NO "fishy taste" whatsoever!!! It was AMAZING, and I will continue to order from this restaurant EVERY SINGLE time I am craving fish!!! The way they prepare this food is truly outstanding----and obviously their specialty!!!

Huge portion for the price on the fried pickles! The banana pudding was good! The coleslaw was fresh but a little bitter for my particular taste

I did NOT receive my Borracho Beans and Rice!!! It really upsets me when I pay full price for something and do not receive it!!! (Thus the 3 stars. (Everything else is 5 stars!!!)
Otherwise, everything was delicious as usual. The red snapper was amazing, and the corn-on-the-cob was to die for. Corn was PERFECT---SO sweet and tender.
This is the first time I did not receive something I ordered, and I order from them a lot b/c everything else is so scrumptious.

The food was good. My fish was a little over cooked but tasty. The grilled squash had good seasoning and tender. There were ample vegetables (tomatoes, cucumber and carrots) on the salad and ginger was flavorful. The corn on the cobb was a bit soggy but it reminded me of my grandmothers corn.

I'll start by saying that I have never taken a a photo of a meal from a restaurant on any platform and posted. And believe me my family and friends use pick up and delivery services all over the metroplex. The quality of The Flying Fish fresh menu is simple and surperb. Their presentation is sweetly A capella and undisguised by other sauces allowing the smell, taste & texture to be fully appreciated. Highly recommend the Trout, Red Snapper, and Mahi with grilled veggies❤️
