They have perfected their dough, it’s got a slight char undercarriage… I mean look at that thin golden crispy-light-airy crust. They take care into creating those light air pockets with right amount of rising time with their pizza dough
And don’t sleep on their homemade pesto basil oil (basil garlic oil) coursely chopped up so you can taste the individual ingredients, It’s so worth it.
The pizzas’ aren’t oily at all; that their oil stain you see…is from the poured pesto basil oil spilt in the box.
Before pizza became a a thing … there. was. Fresca. A Toronno institution. If you know…you know it goes way back since the once then Uni days… and the slinging pizza guy… is Vietnamese, making pizza originally for an Italian pizzeria restaurant then... then open up his own family run pizza joint < “Fresca” and well, basically stoled the show.
We recommend you visit their pizzeria joint… With $5 bucks cash in hand, you can get yourself a slice bigger than the size of yo’ face…that’s piping hot, fresh and crispy if you are willing to wait… and yes it’s damn!!!worth it!!! Recommend their margarita (it’s special, simple, but great) and their pepperoni is just as good.
You just gotta know when to order too… so it slaps!!! if you order 15 minutes after they open yes, you will get a super awesome pizza slice… and if the slices are only few left in the display you gotta just try to kill time… that’s right, then you just gotta invest in the time to wait till a new pie is made… there’s a skill to ordering a great slice… also you gotta go when it’s busy cause you know they’re going to be slinging more fresh hot pizza because of the demand…or line ups are a good sign of fresh delicious pizza; so there you have it < a pizza strategy… and if you’re in a rush even their reheated slices that get popped in the pie oven to warm isn’t bad at all. I hope this pizzeria stays running in the family and lasts forever “heart” their pizza

Literally never disappointed with the food from Fresca. The Caesar salad is probably my favourite salads from really any place in the city, so simple yet super delicious! I'd usually order extra dressing on the side cause restaurants usually serve salads more dry than I typically like, but Fresca gets it just right! The pasta is perfect (we order the fusilli alla vodka and lasagna - then split them) Loveeeeed the food before but it is currently hitting all my pregnancy cravings haha

This was great. What Mike H said is completely uncalled for. The garlic oils were blended to perfection and The Sprite was crisp and effervescent. Thank you Fresca for an unforgettable experience.

Fusilli Rustica is simple but soooo delicious. Their pizza is always great, but their pastas have their own charm

Ordered for the first time for my birthday dinner. Mine was burnt but the kids pizza was perfect. The slices weren't the same size but with all of that said, the pizza itself was really good! I would order again just please make the slices more even so people get the same amount and also try not to burn it. I will definitely order again though lol
