I've ordered fresh element many times before. They are by far the best value Chinese food place in Palm beach. The food is always very fresh, the quality is out of this world and each dish is consistently flavor packed and plentiful. My wife and I LOVE their beef fried rice, their beef is so tender and juicy, you get an awesome portion of it (although we add extra on the side because my kids devour it) and the fried rice at the medium 2 star is a decent kick and some of the best fried rice around, I wouldn't go to 3 star and I like some good spice but not enough I want to be sweating with each bite. The massaman Thai curry is also phenomenal at 2 star heat. You get the fresh crunchy veggies, the sweet and rich coconut curry flavor and with the medium heat the nice sweet heat flavor punch that just hits right. I have told the owner several times they need to come to Palm beach gardens/ north Palm area and I'd be a weekly customer. It's simply the best and it's a fantastic value too.

I orered #1 milder than mild - the stuff they delivered is inedible - PEOPLE ORDER NON SPICY FOOD FOR A REASON!!!
For $6.50 the egg rolls are as small as my finger.
The Fried Banana desert sauce cup was almost empty!?!?
For $49 I could have had an awesome dinner at PF-Chang!

The only good thing about this order was the octopus salad. The udon noodles and pineapple fried rice were completely devoid of flavor, zero seasoning. The spring rolls and egg rolls were tiny, over priced and soggy!

The General Tso Chicken is the best I've found anywhere near here. Fresh Element is the only place ive ever been to that uses all white meat for their General Tso Chicken. Cant beat it.

This is the only place I consistently order from that is ALWAYS quality. The chicken wings are phenomenal and always part of my order. Their sushi is fresh. Everything always comes hot and delicious. Love the Thai iced tea too!!
