I purchased the create your own bowl and was skeptical about the price and the amount of food I would be getting buts its a decent size! I would get it again.

Hardly any kale in the salad. I was expecting the usual amount but it came half full. Definitely not the same quantity or mix.

I'm actually not sure what happened to the quality but man what a huge difference it's been. The chicken looks like and smells like canned chicken cat food, the rice noodle base is very mushy, and there was no lemon juice as requested so it just tasted very bland. I've ordered this at least 30 times since opening in the soo and it was fantastic! Until the last couple of times...

The paper bag ripped and had to carry by baby /food along with managing using a hotel key card/ elevator
