The beef teriyaki entree came hot and was delicious. The beef was tender and not chewy. Excellent meal.

Salmon cappuccino is actually Salmon carpaccio. no coffee involved. the salmon was tender, but wasn't pounded thin as carpaccio should be. it was more like a carpaccio sashimi, and needed a bit more yuzu rather than oil. But it satisfied my protein jones. I had a few pieces of steak and will save it till tomorrow. It's a lot. First order from Fuji Steakhouse.
