The Sashimi Deluxe is one of my favorite items from here! The texture of the sashimi is so tender and lovely and the flavor, especially with the white tuna is great! The Edamame is a great snack to take to work and the Japanese Takoyaki was delicious! Definitely a must-try place. Good value and quality for the items.

I have been going to Fuji since they opened. The Sashimi Regularis a favorite-super fresh fish beautifully prepared. The staff is amazing with attentive service. It's my favorite restaurant in Boise and first choice for special occasion meals..

all of the food is sogood ! the portion size for the Tonkatsu is HUGE and the katsu sauce is amazing. also love the miso soup of course. the spicy tuna roll was good, and the yellowtail sushi was AMAZING...i love good yellowtail and this was to die for. the only thing that wasnt very good was the california roll; they said it was shredded crab but it was just a chunk of the crab stick. i thought it would be like a crab salad with mayo but it was not, so it was incredibly bland. otherwise, everything else was good!

Amazing! The flavor isn't like anything I've ever had before! Definitely worth getting the California Roll (Dinner) instead of the regular roll. I will definitely be ordering again, it's a favorite! The portion is massive, and the freshness is on point loveee it

Fujiyama really makes sushi a euphoric experience. We are remembering my father as he passed away recently. I know he would have loved this.He always enjoyed eating Fujiyama sushi. He traveled all over the world as a flight engineer on C-5s while he was in the Air Force and he loved traveling to Japan. My sister and I were just saying how lucky we were as kids because our parents took us out to dinner to try foods from countries Dad had visited.
Thank you for a wonderful meal, it was beautiful and delicious.
