i went from staving to fueled for my gym day. the chicken was flavourful and the wrap was not a thick wrap. great tasting lettuces even tho i am a spinach guy the ice berg i think was used was very delicious. felt it was farm to plate for sure.

Love Love Love I would eat here everyday all 3 meals if I could. Haven't had one bad dish yet. The steak dishes are out of this world! The cookies! The portion sizes are way above average. The quality of food you don't get any healthier! Please come to east Delray!

Roasted Turkey is hit or miss. Great when freshly roasted. Terrible when it is a few days old like today.
Grilled Lemon Chicken is great.
California Cobb Salad is great.
Soft Boiled Eggs are great.
Customized Protein Bowl is great for lunch or snack.

Too much greens, not enough Chicken and it would be more tasty with 3X more Parmesan cheese that I couldn't even taste it.

I order a bowl with Salmon, but the protein portion, in this case, the Salmon is not enough for a meal. Unfortunately. I had to make eggs to complete my meal and I'd a petite woman!
