The Food is on point, fresh food, clean plating, well seasoned food that is delicious! I ordered the Fried chicken wing platter with Mac & cheese, Candy yams & cabbage for me and my grandson! He approved & ate everything off his plate! Thanks Gilbens for bring back delicious and fresh cooked food/platters!

Food was basic. Nothing special. Please keep in mind that an order of ribs is ONLY 2 RIBS... for that price, you can go elsewhere and get more that actually taste better. The yams were the only good part of the order. Not amazing but definitely the only part I enjoyed. Turkey wings also basic. Nothing special. Definitely don't recommend.. I have two stars because based on other reviews, I actually received what I ordered.

I ordered the Grilled Salmon over Rice  with collard greens and yams, but got string beans instead of the collard greens. That's unfortunate  because maybe I would've like the greens. The string beans, however, tasted bad. I could only take a few bites and I threw it out. Maybe it was vinegar that I tasted on them.  I was given a huge piece of salmon. It wasn't super flavorful, but I think that's hard to achieve when the piece of salmon is  as thick as this one was. It was ok though. The yams tasted good. I had hoped to get slices of yam instead of mashed yams though. I got a Corn Bread Muffin  too. That was good.

The shrimp and fish were wet not fried the greens taste like they came straight out the can the butter milk chicken was actually wing dings I could have ordered from any pizza place at half the price this restaurant has fallen down from what's it once was sorry to say I won't be ordering from them again

Veggie Platter (4 Sides) is beyond good and worth the buy because all of their sides are delicious. BBQ Pork Ribs high five and cheesesteaks are notoriously good.
