Terrible. The pearls were too small and hard- it was clear they weren't fresh. A simple drink like the Dirty Brown Sugar Latte with Pearls didn't taste good and all the brown sugar was dissolved vs on the side of the cup. I wont be reordering from here

This order was ridiculous. We are ordering from gong cha very often in store and by delivery and it never happens. Both of the drinks were made wrong. Brown sugar milk oolong tea goes with milk, but in this order it was made without milk. I asked for coffee jelly and there was a note that you don't have it, and it's okay, but why milk tea was without milk. Also regarding qq passion fruit, I order it regularly few times a week in different locations and it always comes with black pearls and coconut jelly. This time I just asked to add extra coconut jelly. So it should have been with extra coconut jelly and black pearls but it was without pearls and with some seeds. Also I asked for 50% of sugar, but it tastes like there is a 100% Please ensure your employees make orders correctly. Thank you!

Tasted perfect, pearls weren't hard or too chewy, texture was perfect!
