Thier sandwiches are so big and so good. I love the garlic bread. so far i have never had an issue with an order from them.

I paid $46 for 2 sandwiches and some cookies. I ordered a BLT and it just had bacon and mayo on it. I called the store and they said they would replace the sandwich and that's all. He told me he recently had customers complained about having lettuce and tomatoes on their sandwich, so that's why he didnt have it on ours. We did not modify the sandwich at all. So, of course we were expecting a sandwich with bacon, lettuce and tomatoes.The store is 20 mins away and we ordered and paid for delivery and tipped the driver for a reason. Atleast should have offered delivery of a new sandwich.

I wish Goodcents would secure the food better. They should use stickers to close the bag so you could tell if the food was tampered with. I don't want to be so untrustworthy but it took a really long time for my food to arrive after it was picked up and that had me concerned.

Brown and wilted lettuce. Very gross and slimy. Tomato seeds all over bread... no tomatoes on sandwich

The Ultimate Club was perfectly made but the pepper garlic bread was extremely salty and ruined the sandwich. Even after I peeled off the top layer.
