I normally love Gott’s, but my past few DoorDash orders from this location have been really disappointing, and this one was especially bad.
I ordered onion rings and received regular fries instead. My Gruyère and Caramelized Onion Burger was incredibly dry, even though the meat looked medium rare. The fries looked and tasted like they had been sitting for hours, not 30 minutes. The sweet potato fries were also dry and came without the ranch I normally receive with them.
I understand that delivery means food won’t be as fresh as eating at the restaurant, but I live three minutes away. This was well below the quality I normally expect from Gott’s, especially for a $70 order.
I’ve had plenty of great meals here, which makes this even more disappointing. After several poor orders, I’m honestly questioning whether I’ll order from this location again until the quality and consistency improve.
