They have burnt my coffee twice now, to an undrinkable degree. I ordred a Salted Caramel Macchiato. This time they also weren't able give me a Chocolate Chip Muffin Top and replaced it with a poppy seed muffin top. That's fine. What's not is there was no communication about alternatives like I've had in the past with other stores when they don't have an item. I don't like poppyseed. I've tried this place a couple times and in my opinion there are better stores on here that give you better quality and prices.

They go above and beyond to make getting your coffee quick and easy...and it's always delicious. I'm usually scared to venture out of my comfort zone on most menus -- but so far, literally everything I've tried is my new favorite 🤩

Second time in a row ordering from here and was displeased. GC was unable to make the drinks I ordered because they were out of the flavors that were offered on site. Also one drink was not even full it was a couple inches from the top. On my other drink they put whip on it and it had absolutely no flavor.

I get the Hyperspace every single time I go to Gravity.its my absolute fave on their menu and I've been going for a few years now. Im  stuck at the dealership for car repairs and needed coffee stat. They made it perfect
