• 6/2/26Everything tastes so good! I love the wings so much flavor, juicy. The waffles were very good. The Mac and cheese was the best I've had from any take out place. The portions was a great size. I would recommend to all my friends!

• 5/27/26Chicken was delicious love some chicken from H&chicken it's always fried crispy and the waffle finger licking it's always a great portion of protein and far as freshness ii haven't had a bad piece of chicken yet and Ii would definitely order this again I actually order it a lot especially on days when I don't feel like cooking and need something quick

• 9/14/25H & Chicken absolutely delivered on every level — food, ambiance, and customer service were all a solid 10 out of 10. If you're in the area and craving some quality late-night eats, this place should be at the top of your list.
I ordered the four wings fried hard with two waffles and a side of mac & cheese, and let me tell you — everything complemented each other perfectly. The wings were crispy and full of flavor, the waffles were fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness, and the mac & cheese was creamy and comforting. The presentation was on point, and you could tell care went into every detail.
I also tried the half-and-half sweet tea, and I was honestly shocked at how good it was. I wasn’t expecting much, but it ended up being one of the best sweet teas I’ve had in a long time.
From start to finish, the experience was amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back — and if you’re nearby, do yourself a favor and check this place out!

• 4/14/26Best Mac n cheese in dc, chicken seasoned perfect not dry, collards were delicious and soft. Wish they had honey but good thing I brought my own! Would order again. And it's a great amount of food for the portion. Fresh. I get here every time I'm in dc late at night after mischief
