Sirloin steak sandwich had old lettuce and very soggy bread. Steak had no flavor. We had to remake the sandwich using our own bread and lettuce and tomatoes. Very sad. Same with the teriyaki charburger. Soggy teriyaki mess. Not edible.

Incomplete order. There always seems to be something missing from my order. This time it was french fries and green beans. When you spend $50 on a burger and fries for two, you would think they could take a little extra time and double check the order. Swing and a miss.

Ordered to our hotel room, food was hot and fresh but very small for the price, burgers from other fast food places are much bigger for similar price. After traveling all day we had quite an appetite but didnt feel full from our order.

My chicken Caesar salad was made up of only the thick parts of the Romaine lettuce and almost no lettuce.
