Always great food. Deep fried battered green beans consistently arrive hot and crispy. Had a couple salads tonight great value and hearty proportions, food is consistently excellent.
My only complaint is that the app asks if you want plastic flatware or napkins and despite declining both, they consistently arrive with our order.

the Tempura Green Beans could be larger for the price, in my opinion. They are very delicious though. the fries are very good. crunchy and flavorful. the burger patty was a little tough but overall a good burger. the delivery was fast and everything came hot. the packaging fr the Classic Family CharBox is very nice and I like the inclusion of 4 sauces and ample ketchup and napkins.

Fries and shake are very small portions. Both are basically a small marketed as a large. Tiny amount of whipped cream. 4 onion rings and tiny pile of fries in an order. Burger was good, but overall experience was underwhelming for the price. If Burger King is a 5, this is 5.5.

The actual patty was at most 1/4" thick which was over cooked and dry. We asked for extra crispy with our fries and tempura beans. They were so soggy, not pleasant to eat. We used to love this place but not anymore

I was sad I didn't get much avocado but by far the best salad I've ever ordered in DoorDash! Fresh, crisp, perfect!
