The bowl I created was phenomenal, ingredients mixed together perfectly. The perfect amount of dressing was given for the bowl. The dragonade was not pleasant however.

I ordered the Protein Bowl, and it was amazing! This is only my second time eating Happy + Hale, and it hasn't disappointed me yet! My first time coming I ordered the Mediterranean Bowl, because I love Cava and places like that. To my surprise, it was even competing with them (Cava is literally my fav place so this is a huge compliment). The quality of the bowl was sooooo fresh you could smell the aroma of the herb-roasted chicken when you opened the container.
GREAT portion size too. This lasted me all day. 10/10 would recommend!
