Ham and cheese had a very small amount of ham on it compared to others that I've ordered.
Chicken strips were cold and dry unlike the ones I've ordered in the past.
Cinnamon and raisin biscuits were very hard and had a very small amount of icing on them.

the Hardee's Frisco® had bread that wasn't toasted; it was cold and rubbery. The bacon and burger patty were both over cooked, cold and hard. The burger patty tasted like it was burnt on a charcoal fire. Hardee's has really gone down hill. it'll be a long time before I try them again.

The biscuits were both hard & uunacceptable. I waited 20 additional minutes from placing my DoorDash order. The Loaded Omelet Biscuit Combo was not loaded at all. The front staff of 3 ladies were all confused and running around like this was their first day and no leadership. three lady who was dressed as the manager was confused and very rude.

Omelet was dried out and smaller than it should be with barely any toppings.... Super bacon biscuit didn'thave a fried egg just the regula folded one

Natural-Cut French Fries were cold hard and had no salt. Philly Cheesesteak Angus Burger was missing the burger!! Was just the toppings on a bun -- no hamburger patty!! Cheese was not even melted on the cheeseburger. Ham and cheese had no cheese on it! literally messed up every item ordered except one.
