good, until I realized they refried an old ten piece chicken and hid it under a newly fried ten piece chicken to make a full 20 Piece Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders™ Box ... you can taste the difference and literally see it. The old chicken is so tough and CHEWY. I paid almost 30 dollars for ten pieces of edible chicken and ten pieces of INEDIBLE rubber chicken. Disappointing.

Quality depends on who's cooking. For instance I've had my biscuits the size of a sugar cookie and apple pies without filling. Guess quality control is missing somethings. At times you can't beat Hardee's breakfast. Remember the customer may be eating your food for the first time, it's up to you(Hardee's) if they order again!

ordered Biscuit 'N' Gravy™ Combo and ordered arrived with only drink and hash browns. missing the biscuit and gravy!!! that was a very costly drink and hashbrowns.

the 10 Piece - Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders were the size of my thumb, all so small and the box looked empty, and they forgot my sauce for it
