This is the 2nd time we've ordered in 2 weeks and I give them a 5 star rating for both times. The packaging was very well done and the food was warm, tasted fresh, and was very good.

The biscuit and gravy was hot and fresh and good. The lemon strawberry biscuit was very good too. ! I love it that Hardee's always packages. They're gravy in a separate cup

Hardee's is normally my fave for breakfast but this particular Hardee's is horrible... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.. it was apparent my biscuit was an old one they threw in the microwave.. the bread was inedible and chewy and my egg was a dark orangish and rubbery, had the consistency of a sponge:. I was sad.. I also got hash browns and they weren't cooked... definitely dissatisfied

this food was an absolute waste. I am not happy at all with our order. the hash rounds were half gone and the others were greased up together. A Sausage Biscuit was missing the sausage. the coke was so watered down that you couldn't taste the coke over the melted ice! the biscuits were COLD!!!! The gravy was lumpy and tasteless. and the Dasher didn't bother to follow directions. I am disappointed and will be reporting to door dash as well. This is absolutely unacceptable!

The burger was very dry and tasteless. I ordered unsweetened iced tea and received sweet tea, so that was wasted. I poured it down the drain. On the one bright side, the fries were much better than I remembered Hardee's fries to be. Will not be ordering again.
