The $10 chicken strips were the smallest ever. And I spend money at hardees sometimes but now im not sure anymore. The roll was part rock hard. The drink was half ice. The chocolate icecream was missing some and was also not mixed right. Yall needto give Me more of a refund.

I was so disappointed because I love Hardee's. My food wasn't fresh. My fries were only half full and they were really curly fries mixed with hashbrowns. My burger seemed like it had half a head of lettuce on it. Won't be ordering from there again.

Tried calling to ask that they put the extra ham on frisco that I ordered but their phone rolls straight to no ones there to take my call. I've ordered three sandwiches now with extra ham and they are still putting same amount as a normal sandwich. When you ask for extra ham at other locations they actually add the extra ham you are requesting. Also they added cheddar cheese to sandwich today which wasn't ordered along with no napkins in the bag today. How can you call them or try to let them know you aren't satisfied if they don't answer phone calls?

Don't order the Cinnamon Roll it barely had icing and was oddly hot but very hard. It was weird and they should have options to add jelly when ordering a biscuit... not everyone wants to eat no dry biscuit
