I wasn't sure what to expect, but it is AWESOME! Little hat was the perfect size for me, but did not lack any flavor! Definitely will come back! Sweet potatoes fries were good as well.

I have ordered here before but today was very disappointing. All food was cold. Ordered 2 orders of fries only got one. The one we did get was cold and mushy. Ordered a side salad no tomatoes, got tomatoes and no dressing and maybe only 10 leaves of lettuce. Got none of the sauces I ordered to try. The veggie burger normally is good this one was inedible, cold, had tomatoes which I cannot eat and a inedible middle piece of lettuce. The only thing that we could eat was the chicken nuggets and the burger for my kid because of being hungry.

We ordered sweet potato fries and got regular.
We ordered kids drinks and received no straws.
We ordered ranch and received none.
We ordered a 6 piece chicken and received 3.
We called the restaurant to bring it to their attention and the employees laughed us off the phone.

The Big Hat Burger was the star of the show of my combo! Each bite was packed with flavor. Fresh, hot and tasty. This was my 1st time trying this place and I’ll for sure be back. The sweet potato fries were okay. They probably would’ve been better if I had dined in vs ordering door dash.

the burgers are really good but small the fries were too cold to really give it a fair taste but the Nuggets were bad they were way to salty
