I'll start by saying this. The food was pure gas. Super fresh, chicken was cooked and arrived perfectly fresh...optimally cooked...juicy, not dry in the least....
Now, as for the pricing. To charge $16+ for "THE sandwich" is criminal. Was slightly bigger than a chick filet sandwich. Should be dropped down to $10. The Sweet Heat Mac Bowl however was appropriately priced and equally delicious. Would've given a four until I realized they boosted their DoorDash prices with respect to ordering direct from them, to give a appearance of getting a great deal when in fact it came out to essentially the same price if you didn't order on DoorDash. I don't respect unreasonable greed, but appreciate the quality of the product. So three stars it is.

Fried were hot, nice and salty, and came in a decent sized box. Great fries in my opinion. The Sandwich Combo wasn't the best. Other locations I remember it being better. The Coleslaw was fantastic with great flavor, as well as the chicken itself, only if it were somewhat even warm. The fries came piping hot, yet the chicken on the sandwich was like warm at best. Not sure if i will give this NEW location another try until they have been open longer.

The chicken tenders and waffles are excellent. Marilyn and the staff are professional, very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Fairfield Have Hot Chicken.

Chicken was good.
Cold Slaw had no flavor.
Mac N cheese was watery.
