Trying the Chicken Tikka Masala from here for the first time and just by looking at it, it looked so good! It tasted even better too! It was so creamy and delicious, even my boyfriend (who's very picky) liked it. This is the best I've had so far and I've been to two other Indian cuisine's!! Very satisfied :)

Himalayan Bistro is our go to lunch date restaurant! The food is phenomenal and the service is great! We've also gotten delivery from here, which was amazing too! Portion sizes are plenty, even at lunch and for my husband who likes big meals.

First time trying this place and OMG so delicious, the medium is pretty spicy but super flavorful and we got the Raita to add to the Lamb Tikka Masala and Chicken Curry and it evened out the flavor perfectly. And the Vegetable Samosa(2 Pieces) were giant and sooooo yum. I don't leave reviews usually but this place was worth it!

Wow! Best place to eat hands down while staying in Carlsbad! 10/10 literally could share with their portions! I'm thrilled to have leftovers bc this was delish! The 64. Chicken Biryani was made with love!

Place was recommended by a friend, had to give it a go as we love Indian/himilayan food and it dint disappoint! So much flavor, all cooked very hot and fresh to order. The Tandoori Wings were awesome! They come with six, and a bunch of cooked down onions and peppers. The Lamb Momo was fantastic! Get the sauce! The Chicken Tikka Masala was so amazing! Will be back soon!
