• 8/24/24Doesn't toast the bagels unless you tell them to. I've never been to another bagel shop that doesnt automatically toast a cream cheese bagel. Every time without fail, hot bagels has not toasted my bagel.

• 11/10/25I am fed up with this place not preparing the food the way you order it. Today's order was nice and simple. 2 pork roll and cheese sandwiches salt, pepper and ketchup, one on everything bagel, one on keiser roll. BOTH TOASTED!!!! Neither sandwich was toasted yet again like always when you order from here!!! Yes I did call to ask if their toaster was broken because apparently they do not know how to read!!! So done with this place. Never returning again! I'll go to Bagel 10 from now on. They at least get the sandwiches correct
