My favorite tea is Wedding Cake. Its so good. I thought having it delivered would be a bad idea but it was just fine.

The Strawberry Matcha Latte (Hot or Iced) is sooo delicious!! Better than Starbucks hands down!!

Had a little mix up on an on-line order the GM made it right and brought the correct item directly to me. He went above and beyond to make it right. I GREATLY appreciate the customer service. They have a great selection of tea and other tid bits.

I really enjoy HTeaO when they get the order right. However, for third time in a week, I have gotten sweet tea when I specifically order unsweet.
