paid extra for a deluxe hot chocolate and was only given a regular one. didn't ruin my day, but it was a small inconvenient frustration i experienced with my breakfast :/
absolutely love the Mega BBQ Brekky Wrap tho, that always tastes soo good!!
portion size is great & the wrap was crispy & warm (as usual). it was obvious it had been cooked fresh.

missed my coffee this time. have had a milkshake delivered with no cup in the past literally dripping ice-cream in a bag. always something with this store.
grilled chicken if available is dry and old
onion rings beyond over done.
at least the kids meal was correct

I ordered enough food for four people and was given enough food for two instead. I made the order and hungry Jack's substituted without even contacting me first. I would have cancelled the order given the chance.
The fried chicken was burnt and the burger buns were 2mms thick. disappointed!

The buns are dry and stick to your teeth, the patties are crumbly and flavourless, the BBQ chicken is incredibly small for the amount you pay for it and extremely dry and hard. Don't eat here just because it's not McDonald's unless all you're getting are fries. Will not be ordering again.
