They followed instructions! I need my food fried soft and they accomplished that perfectly on what I am sure was a busy Sat afternoon. I forgot to take the pic! However everything was golden brown. French fries were tasty. You need your own salt! This is a highly rated restaurant for a reason. Also lastly great a la carte options and reasonable prices. I'm locked in.

The Popcorn Shrimp Basket & Fries Special was delicious. We asked for tartar sauce and didn't get it so be prepared to provide your own sauce. The shrimp was crispy, well seasoned and the fries were delicious.
The 7 Scallops are DELICIOUS. We weren't even mad that they forgot the sauce because you didn't need anything on them. Breaded lightly but absolutely delicious and priced well. I'll order again!

These are the BEST wings that I have had in a long time. They are the perfect size, excellent flavor and arrived still hot.

I had high expectations for Hyon’s Seafood & Restaurant after hearing good things, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered the Special Platter #9 and the All Wings Platter for myself and my mom, expecting a quality meal, but everything we received was burnt. The seafood, wings, and sides were all overcooked to the point of being nearly inedible.
For a place with such a good reputation, this was unacceptable. The food should have never left the kitchen in that condition. My mom and I were both extremely disappointed, and I won’t be ordering from here again.

food is cool but it's weird they put cold coleslaw in the same container as hot food no matter if you ask them not to. warm mayo is disgusting. always goes in the trash and I like to eat coleslaw. most likely won't order anymore
