the French toast breakfast was delicious , the French toast was made on Texas toast. the eggs were scrambled with cheese the hash browns were delicious and so was the bacon and the sausage. for $5 the fruit bowl was too little for that price very disappointed in that other than that I love the experience and the taste.

Second time ordering the Pancake Creations Family Feast and it came fresh and hot. The pancakes themselves were sooo good. My kids especially love their scrambled eggs, the bacon was salty. I loved it regardless. Super good portions for a super good price! don't feel like cooking breakfast?! Definitely order your family this!

I know you can't totally rely on the images but this is wayyyy off. The Cinn-A-Stack® Pancakes are something that I used to frequently order and it never came as skimpy as I receved today. The chocolate sauce that was added was so minimal that it seeped into the pancakes. Everything tasted fresh but the toppings were disappointing. I wouldn't have paid $16 for what I got and won't be ordering this again.

The Chicken & Waffles slapped hard. The seasoning on the chicken tender penetrated the meat. The meat was actually tender, crunchy & juicy! The waffle was warm and just the perfect texture! With the syrup and butter, it melted in my mouth! A hind of sweetness and just fresh baked tasted...but it's a Belgian waffle! The Hash Browns were crispy! Not burnt, not soggy, but crispy even being delivered by DD. I believe they had a hint of flavor but once tasted the crisp, I scarfed them down in fear of them going soggy. My daughter loved her birthday cake Jr. Cupcake Pancake Combo! We warmed up the icing and it calmed her sweet thought. She was asking me for snacks but I knewwhat she needed lol! IHOP Chicken & Waffles might be better than most Waffle House in Detroit! Dint believe me try it! I spent years in the D and had plenty of chicken and waffles. This beat my #1 And even though I was craving it, I have been disappointed after fixing my mouth up for it. This hit the spot and I didn'teven take an edible. Highly impressed higly recommend. Idk about all locations but this Flint one is on point!

The Lemon Ricotta Blueberry Crepes were so amazing, they're not overly lemony and the blueberries pair really well with them. The Mango Splashers was really great too!! it's a very interesting taste, and it's not too tart or sour
