I ordered a ham and cheese omelette with extra cheese and avocado. First, the ham is supposed to be in an omelet and is part of the omelet not a garnish with a few little pieces sprinkled over the top. Secondly, I paid for extra cheese and there's barely any cheese. Third, the few tiny pieces of avocado had black spoil marks on it. Finally, the box/ container was open, the bag wasn't sealed, tapped or strapped and the utensils was inside the box/ container. This was not hygienic, and the packaging does not provide confidence with food safety.

iHop keeps falling off. I ordered the Spicy Poblano Omelet today via Doordash and it was smaller than what i get in the restaurant. It wasn't even spicy but that's been a recurring thing with this dish. used to be Spicy. Not anymore. My son had the T-bone steak and eggs. My only compmaint about it was that the steakwas bland, like it had no salt.

I specified to add sour cream. no cream was added but I was charged. I said no avocado. I'm allergic!!!! they added avocado.
