The Gambino was a surprise in that the crust is cooked but the toppings of tomato, red pepper , fresh mozzarella, pesto, and basil are cold. This is not explained in the description, but it is really quite good. The small has 6 pieces and would be a good appetizer for a group or a nice summer lunch.

Consistently undercooked Neapolitan Pizza. "User Preferences" disabled on DoorDash, so you can't even request the pie well done... so it'll arrive decently cooked.
